The hotel was wonderful with impeccably clean and huge rooms. The view was perfect, the service was excellent! We were in a great and stunning location a 10-15 minute walk from Flagstaff Hill. The property was set in a great area.

Cleanliness of building inside and out and friendlyness of management

it is in excellent and beautiful location to russell beach, set a couple of blocks away from the hotel. we will be back without a doubt.

Perfect location just steps away from the main street, historic sites, and other attractions. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants and pubs for a bite to eat or a drink 🍹.

The general ambience of our stay in the lodge apartments close to the water with good views and the very friendly, efficient management of John and Ronga added to the magic of our stay. We had booked for 3 nights and increased our stay to 5 nights.

Recently renovated rooms are warm and comfortable. Accommodation was well appointed, with a modern, neutral decor. The view was perfect. We enjoyed a genuinely friendly welcome, with an excellent description of the accommodation and local information. Everyone we encountered seemed engaged, effective and professional. I immediately knew that we would be in good hands. I only wish we had time to stay longer.

Maybe a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Also, an extraction fan would help remove shower steam. An insect mesh over the security grill that protects the louvures in the bathroom would add some privacy, and perhaps encourage guests to naturally ventilate the area.

This place is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants nearby including an excellent restaurant and a good breakfast cafe, and it's close to Christ Church.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. Lots of food for breakfast, it was perfect.

We were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming managers. The units were clean and suitably equipped. Decor is fresh but neutral. Nothing was too much trouble. The beach is straight across the road and eating out is a short stroll down the street.

This place has an incredible location, just a short distance from Russell Wharf.

This was a PERFECT 10/10 stay in a beautiful town. the hotel was close to the main tourist attractions and the local beach. - I had a quick lunch at Crusty Crab Takeaway, located within walking distance of the venue.

You could not ask for a better location and the Managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definately be coming back.

Location was great. Amazing to be right on the water and in the centre of the festival. Handy to call back to room for breaks. Loved having spas.
